Salmon
2 tbsp of Sweet chili sauce
Zest of 2 limes
Juice of one lime
1 Tsp of garlic powder
1 Tsp of powdered ginger
Pinch of salt
Fresh cilantro or scallion for garnish (optional)
Set your oven at 400 degrees. Put salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish or pan. Start with squeezing lime juice all over salmon so it touches all parts, then evenly distribute the ginger and garlic powder. Pour the sweet chili sauce all over the top of the salmon so it coats all parts. Evenly distribute lime zest on top of the chili sauce coated salmon. Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Depending on the thickness of your filet. You can tell it’s ready when it’s firm to the touch!
